Beef Butchering Demonstration

We will be butcheirng the “Rib” primal section of beef. You will learn how we fabricate, Skirt Steak, Short Ribs, and Ribeyes. We will discuss mulitple cooking techniques, and the differnt ways each part can be butchered.

There is also tasting of some items we will be cooking during the class.
