OUR LATEST BUSINESS TRAINING – Uptown hosted local agency Lydia Writes Good for a fun and informative marketing and branding presentation titled ‘How To Brand Good’ geared just for small and independent businesses.
Uptown provides workshops and seminars to business owners, typically twice a year. Our goals are to foster positive small business growth and provide connections to other community resources.

Uptown Grant Programs and Other Grant Opportunities
On a competitive basis, Uptown Grand Rapids, Inc. awards financial support through the Uptown CIA for design services and improvements to the façades of commercial buildings as well as public art installations.
This space is reserved for quick access to current additional grant and funding opportunities made known to Uptown Grand Rapids, Inc.
The Spring 2024 Match on Main grant is now live. To submit your project for consideration, download and complete the Intake Application linked below. Deadline for submittal is Thursday, April 4, 2024.
